Alignment based yoga applies very well to singers. Singers’ yoga will help to warm up the body, releasing tight spots helping you create a better singer’s posture and create more space in the body.
Singer's Yoga can either be seated or standing, with a focus on alignment of the body for better singing and opening the body for better breath.
This workshop demonstrates several yoga poses that are good for warm-ups and helping to align the body for better singing. Teaching how each pose helps with singing and better alignment.
