Are you looking for a different type of physical warm up for your singers? Would you like to teach them more about singer’s alignment and posture? Or just warm up the body in a new way?
Learn a few basic yoga poses with instruction to take back to your chorus.
Warm-ups are suitable for singers seated or standing, instruction will be given for both. The focus is on alignment of the body for better singing and opening the body for better breath support.
