More About the Class

This class will focus on the mind-body connection using meditation, chanting, pranayama (breath work), and asanas (postures). We will also study the yamas and niyamas as mentioned in the Yoga Sutras. Yamas are the reflection of our true nature and niyamas are the evolution towards harmony.

If any of those words mentioned above scare you or are unrecognizable, please don't worry. The class will be a gentle reminder to be mindful during your day and show you practices that will help to bring you to mindfulness.
