Do you tend to eat lunch at your desk and not move around at all? Lunch Time Unwind is a great way to get away from your desk and get some movement back into your body. Each class is only 40 minutes in length so you will still have time to eat your lunch before heading back to work. Speaking of heading back to work, these classes will help to reset for a productive afternoon. And give you some stretches to use later in the day during that 3pm slump.
