More About the Class
Did you know that slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding poses can build strength? Yoga Fitness is a mind-body workout that flexes and strengthens your joints and muscles as you go improving overall strength, stability, mobility and flexibility. In a non-competitive environment each class balances movement and breath to help you get a full body workout and improve your overall wellbeing at the same time.
If there are 5 weeks in the month of classes the 5th week is FREE
